Maintenance and Facilities

The maintenance department strives to keep all facilities safe and clean.  The scope of their work includes custodial services for a healthy work environment inside the buildings and grounds maintenance for all exterior properties.  Building maintenance ensures full operation of all building systems, as well as, compliance with all regulatory requirements such as pest management, asbestos, hazardous materials and waste removal.
