• Iola ISD will have dedicated tech support each day from 8:30-10 am. Should you need assistance with technology troubleshooting, please contact Support by one of the following options:


    1. In Schoology, send a message to Help Desk
    2. In Schoology, scroll to the bottom and choose “Support” to send a message to the Help Desk.
    3. Email questions@iolaisd.net


    Please include a good contact phone number with your request and have your device readily available.


    Monica Hurst will call or respond to your email during the dedicated technology support hours. If you have made your request within those hours, you will receive a “same day response.” If it is outside of those hours, she will respond as soon as possible, but it may be the next day.


    It is recommended that you log into your courses during that time to view your assignments. This will allow you to determine if you need technical support.


    Troubleshooting may involve assistance with logging into a Chromebook, help with your device at home, resetting passwords, applications (such as Kami) not showing up on your assignments, etc.
