Mission Statement
The mission of our Iola ISD Elementary Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive counseling program that advocates for every student's academic, career, and social as well as emotional development in a nurturing environment. We are determined to meet the needs of our students by collaborating with all stakeholders involved; by reviewing and processing the ongoing data to lead us in the right direction for the betterment of our student's growth, so that they may build on those skills for life.
