Elementary Bulldogs of the Month



Wyatt was chosen because of his resilience, trustworthiness, respect and concern for others, and overall joy for learning. Wyatt gives his best effort in all that he does and sometimes that requires him to give more than others. He does not let a challenge get him down though. Wyatt perseveres. He can always be counted on to be accountable and honest no matter the situation. When other students are upset he is the first to check on them. He is also everyone’s biggest fan. Wyatt encourages others to do their best and celebrates their accomplishments. He greets every day with a genuine smile and exudes excitement for all subjects. Wyatt defines a good citizen and what it means to be an Iola Bulldog.



Addison is the definition of what it means to be a bulldog. If you read our pledge you can apply each line of it to what she demonstrates each day. She always respects others, follows directions, and she expects nothing but the best from herself at all times. Her work is impeccable and her actions are always thoughtful. She takes everything her teachers say to heart and applies it to her life. You can walk into her classroom at any given time and count on her to be doing the right thing and giving her best effort. She is a friend to everyone and has a Texas size heart of gold.



Luke is a great and hard-working student. He is dependable, kind and always willing to help. He loves learning new things in and out of the classroom. Luke always has a positive attitude and is a joy to teach.



Kyleigh is a responsible and kind young lady. She is motivated and eager to learn. Kyleigh has a big heart and is always willing to help others in need. She is a leader to her peers, and sets a great example of perseverance.
